Item Disclosure: You must accurately disclose all items being moved, including any fragile, oversized, or valuable items. Failure to disclose the nature or condition of items may result in additional charges or delays.
Personal Items: It is your responsibility to remove any personal items or valuables that you wish to retain or protect. We are not responsible for any personal items left in or around the items we are moving.
5. Delivery and Timing
We make every effort to deliver your items within the agreed-upon time frame. However, all delivery dates and times are estimates and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Gotha Movers is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or road conditions.
6. Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage: We provide limited insurance coverage for the items being moved as part of our service. The coverage limits and terms will be explained to you at the time of booking.
Customer Insurance: If you wish to have additional insurance coverage for your items, you may purchase supplementary insurance through us or a third-party provider.
Limitation of Liability: Gotha Movers is not liable for any damages to items that were not properly packed, disassembled, or identified prior to the move. We are not responsible for items damaged due to poor weather, acts of God, or any other external factors.
7. Force Majeure
Gotha Movers is not liable for any delays, damages, or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or any other causes beyond our control.
